Relationships are good, in fact they’re wonderful. However, they’re not to be taken or entered into lightly. A lot of stuff needs to be factored in, such as "Are we anything alike", "How will we handle each other" ,"Am I ready for this relationship", "Do we have anything in common" and "Will this work?" To me, the first rule of caring for a pet is WANTING the pet. Pets can sense these things, whether you believe it or not. For whatever reason, you need to enjoy the pet, want the pet, and want to be around it. If you don’t, for whatever reason, then don’t get it.
