The Saga Continues (?)

Who was it? Well, it turns out our friend Hiram Crumley, AKA Bud Crumley has a warrant out for him in TN. The charges? Forgery mainly. The man shows up here 2 years ago with tons of money (according to reports) and no questions are asked. of course not, I mean he helped people out, right? Well, in his mind, stealing from those people was right I guess.

I don’t know what’s worse. The fact that he took the dvd’s (and playstation AND games) or the fact that I believed all the lies and bullshit. I mean, c’mon now.. I guess I’m not the only one though, which is good. It does NOT, however make me feel any better.

So, because I listened to Bud, I’m out selling my dvd’s (the ones he couldn’t or didn’t want to), trying to sell what he left (almost got it there) on E-Bay. Considering the man owes me close to $2000 at the current time, I don’t think he’s got any rights to be complaining about it.

Unlike the last time, I was able to swear a warrant out for his arrest this time, and have done so. There was well over $1k of stuff taken, and over $900 of misc bills left unpaid, so there’s no question I intend on pursuing this fully. I’ve been in contact with CD’S Plus and got a list of everything HE sold them. If you’re missing something, dvd or ps (or ps2) wise, let me know and I’ll check it against the list.I’d also advise that you file a report (no matter how small) if this guy’s taken anything from you in the past few weeks.

So, what turns a person like this? I mean, one person he’s your friend, he’s not stealing shit from you, the next, your playstation 2 , all your games are gone and you’re stuck with a $60 lock changing cost.

When I first met Bud, he was allright, but something (even those he has talked to for a LOT longer agree) has recently changed him. Maybe the *censored* IS pregnant , and that freaked him out. Maybe he’s on drugs, maybe he’s malnurished, maybe almost 2 years of an act was too much for him. Who knows, really, and who the *censored* cares? Bud showed his true side when he took advantage of those that were doing nothing more than trying to help him out.

So, where to from here? Well, I think (think) that I’ll be allright. I’m starting to see some bids on e-bay for the shit he left (drive, video card,monitors), which will be applied towards the final bill he owes me of $1980 . I’m going to sit back and wait for now. In a few months, the waiting will have paid off. Bud, you can’t run forever, and when I catch you, you’ll WISH you never had. Jail time is not fun, ever. You can sell the shit all you want, it’s not going to get you anywhere. The fact of the matter is you stole it from me, it’s not yours. You WILL be tracked down and hunted to the ends of the earth, if that’s what it takes. Extradition has been requested (required? ) on the warrant from TN, and this one will be no different. Believe me, Bud.. You done pissed off the WRONG person here. I’ll have you located and brought back, FIRST to IA THEN to TN within a year. I won’t say how, but it’s going to be done, and if I CAN’T do it then it won’t be due to lack of trying (believe me, some things ARE public record, get used to it).

You done pissed off the one guy that you wanted to catch your back as it were, the ONE guy who’s done nothing (nothing) wrong to you in this whole thing. I’m sure you remember what I said the other night : Don’t EVER lie to me or piss me off, you’ll regret it . Well, surprise, you’ll find that I’m pissed off, moreso than anyone else has EVER seen in the past, and I’ll be taking legal action on that. I’ve already begun to. I DO hope you enjoy running for the rest of your natural life, moving from place to place every month, because that’s the ONLY way you’ll EVER get away from me.

Eric, thank you for what you did, helping Mike out with this. I know we’ve had our differences in the past, and I can’t stand what you did to me (in the past), but I’m man enough to look past that and say thank you. You’ve proven you’re man enough to look past it as well by doing this. I sincerely appreciate it.
