After months of telling myself I’d never get a PS4, my only console this generation this time around would be a One, I finally caved last week and picked up the PS4, along with a few games. Why? Boredom, excess cash, intrigue, I really, really don’t know what to call it. So, over the next few days (maybe weeks), I’ll take some time and write a real review, from a gamer’s perspective between the two.
So, finally, I’m done. Yup, done… Took me about a month to get tired of SWTOR and their heavy handed moderation, their inefficient support, their pathetically horrible problems. Tomorrow, I’ll be on the phone with Paypal, getting charges reversed, because, unfortunately, that is the ONLY way to make them see what is going on
So for the past couple months, I’ve been beta testing Star Wars: The Old Republic, a new MMO, and let me just tell you that it is just utter fantastic.
Because of NDA’s, I can’t go into too much detail, but take a look at the video here. This is pretty horrible quality compared to the game, but you can tell the storyline is just going to kick major ass. Seriously, get on board with this program, WoW players, you WILL see what a REAL MMO looks like with this game.
